yes =D much more dramatic, the sky looks "enhanced"... the blue is too deep though (and the black-white frame adds to that feel of heaviness) -and watch those burned whites on the waves (even if less details sort of create that "dreamy" mood on those). do make more experiments with tones, combine them the way you see fit -even a subtle tone radically changes the mood of a BW (or desaturated) pic. you're on the right way anyway... =)
