aah very interesting. just a personal opinion, I'd see this one desaturated or toned BW -the textures are amazing.

Well it could be either BW or desaturated… your choice. Maybe I like experiments =D good luck. I’m curious about the results, it’s a great pic.

Quick question. whats the difference between b+w and desaturated. are the results not the same?:)

bw is... bw =) so every color is lost, you just get the greyscale. desaturated means that you lower the level of the intensity of colors (one, some or all of them); of course if you desaturate down to 'zero' level you get... bw =)

this one [link] has been desaturated (twice) and then re-toned; as you see some of the original color is present -the result is close to BW feel but that bit of color kinda 'fits' the shapes. my opinion of course =)
